山东亚特生态技术有限公司被国家科技部认定为国家火炬计划重点高新技术企业，拥有自主进出口经营权，通过 ISO9001 ： 2000 国际质量认证体系。主要从事药用植物标准化种植、综合加工利用、优良种苗的培育，天然植物保健沐浴护肤、生物技术等领域的研究，新产品开发、生产。

　　公司现有员工 98 人，高级技术人才占职工总数的 51% ，其中现有药用植物种植、良种繁育、基因工程、植物提取方面专业技术人才：工程应用研究员 3 名，高级工程师 2 名，兼职具有博士学位教授、博导、研究生 12 名。先后承担了二项国家火炬计划，二项国家星火计划，二项山东省火炬计划，十五项山东省科技攻关。先后荣获十二项省、市科学技术进步成果奖。取得六项国家发明专利权，其科技成果无形资产价值 3.6 亿元人民币。

　　公司先后与中科院植物所、中国中医科学院中药研究所、清华大学、中国农业大学、山东省科学院、山东农业大学、南京农业大学、武汉大学药学院等科研院校结成战略伙伴关系，形成资本、市场、技术、资源、强强联合互补的优势。

　　公司在山东临沂市建立 2000 亩药用植物生态园，已收集国内外的金银花种质 186 份，种质材料 6327 株。完成了种质的比较，种质分离纯化，良种选育。

　　已收集国内外的木瓜种质资源 386 份，种质材料 9686 株，进行系统的比较，完成品种分类，建立了我国第一个木瓜、金银花种质资源库。该基地的建设，可对我国丰富的金银花和木瓜种质资源进行集约性保护，选择性对比研究，以及特异性状基因的异地表现鉴定，从而加快我国金银花、木瓜生产的良种化、优质化、标准化、产业化发展进程，促进金银花、木瓜这一我国特色产品和优势产业的持续发展，对我国生物多样性的保护，将产生重大而深远的影响。

It mainly engaged in the standardization plantation, comprehensive processing and utilization of medicinal plants, the cultivation of good seedlings, the research for health care of natural plants, biology technology and other fields, the development and production of new products.

At present the staff of the whole company is 98, 51% of which are senior technical personnel. Specialized technicians who engage in the cultivation of medicinal plants, the breeding of good seedlings, genetic engineering, the extract of plant and other aspects are as follows: 3 engineering application researchers and 2 senior engineers ， 12 part-time professors, doctorial tutors, researchers. We took 2 National Torch Programs, 2 National Spark Programs, 2 Torch Programs in Shandong Province and 15 Scientific and Technological projects in Shandong Province . One after another, we achieved 12 Provincial and Municipal Progress Awards of Science and Technology Achievement, 6 National Invention Patents which have 360 million RMB of intangible assets of scientific and technological achievements.

The company formed a strategic partnership with the following research institutions: Institute of Botany in Chinese Academy of Sciences, Chinese Traditional Medicine Research Institute in Academy of China Traditional Science , Tsinghua University , Chinese Agricultral University , Shandong Provincial Academy of Sciences, Shandong Agricultural University , Nanjing Agricultural University , Pharmacy College in Wuhan University . The company had built about 329.5 acres of Medicinal Plants Ecological Park , and collected 186 kinds of honeysuckle germplasms, germplasm materials about 6327 at home and abroad, completed the comparison, separation and purification of germplasms, and the selection of improved seeds.

For Chaenomeles, collecting 286 kinds of germplasm resources and germplasm materials about 9686 at home and abroad we made a systematic comparison, completed the classification of species and established the first resource library of Chaenomeles and honeysuckles in our country. The establishment of the base will have a significant and far-reaching impact for the following aspects: the intensive protection, the selective comparative study, the identification of the performance in different places for specific genes of rich honeysuckle and Chaenomeles germplasm resources so as to speed up the development process of high-quality and high-quantity, standardization, industrialization of our honeysuckle and Chaenomeles, promote sustainable development of our characteristic products and competitive industries in honeysuckle and Chaenomeles, the protection of our biological diversity.
