木瓜生产和研究现状： 木瓜为木瓜属植物贴梗海棠的干燥近成熟果实，又名皱皮木瓜。贴梗海棠属多年生落叶、半常绿灌木，以果实入药，并具观赏、食用价值。木瓜药用价值极高，是我国传统的名贵中药材。木瓜为药食兼用，在食品、饮料、酿酒等方面开发前景良好。木瓜株形美观，春天花朵艳丽，秋天果香浓郁，是城镇和庭院中绿化、美化的优良树种。

　木瓜种质资源： 我国是木瓜属植物的起源分布中心。全属 5 种，即木瓜、皱皮木瓜、毛叶木瓜、西藏木瓜、日本木瓜。除日本木瓜外，其余 4 种均原产我国。 2005 年《中国药典》规定了贴梗海棠（皱皮木瓜）是药用木瓜正品。以木瓜为来源的光皮木瓜不再作为木瓜的植物来源。

　木瓜生产中的问题： 目前我国木瓜种植分散，发展缓慢，品种以农家品种为主，大多混杂栽培，没有经过良种选育和培育，在种质资源及育种方面，木瓜的现代研究还属空白。目前，木瓜的分类及命名都比较混乱，以木瓜产地名代替其学名，同物异名，同名异物，种质混杂，混种，木瓜的种质变异严重，优良农家品种退化或缺少提纯复壮，而种质资源的手机保存和利用更是空白，对木瓜新品种，优良品种的培育，标准化、规范化种植，稳产、高质可持续发展，都产生严重的影响。

　公司承担的山东省科技攻关《木瓜种质资源库的建立与评价》， 2006 年 12 月 28 日 通过省级成果鉴定，在木瓜种质资源库的建立与良种繁育达到国际先进水平，培育 8 个木瓜良种， 2007 年 10 月通过山东省林木良种审定，编号为：金宝萝青 101 木瓜鲁 S-SV-CS-024-2007 、金宝萝青 102 木瓜鲁 S-SV-CS-025-2007 、金宝萝青 106 木瓜鲁 S-SV-CS-026-2007 、金宝萝青 108 木瓜鲁 S-SV-CS-027-2007 、金宝亚特红香玉木瓜鲁 S-SV-CS-028-2007 、金宝亚特黄香玉木瓜鲁 S-SV-CS-029-2007 、金宝亚特金香玉木瓜鲁 S-SV-CS-030-2007 、金宝亚特绿香玉木瓜鲁 S-SV-CS-031-2007 。 2007 年获临沂科学技术进步三等奖，填补了木瓜良种国内空白。 　　 　　　 　　　

Jinbao Yate improved Chaenomeles

Production and research status of Chaenomeles ： Chaenomeles is one nearly dry and ripe fruit, Chaenomeles Lindl plant- Chaenomeleslagenaria , also known as C.speciosa. Chaenomeleslagenaria is a perennial deciduous, semi-evergreen shrub. Its fruit not only is one medicine, but also has ornamental and food value. Chaenomeles with very high medininal value is a valuable traditional Chinese medicines. Chaenomeles can be used for drug and food, so the development prospect is great in food, beverage, wine etc. Beautiful plant morphology, multi-color flowers in spring, perfect fruity in autumn make it as the fine tree greening and beautifying towns and gardens.

Chaenomeles Germplasm Resources: China is the distribution center of the origion of Chaenomeles Lindl plants which consists of 5 species: C. sinensis (Thouin) Koehne, C. speciosa (Sweet) Nakai, C. cathayensis (Hemsl.) Schneid, C. thibetica Y ü , C. japonica (Thunb.) Lindl. ex Spach.. Except C. japonica (Thunb.) Lindl. ex Spach., the other four kinds of Chaenomeles all origin from China . In 2005 “ Chinese Pharmacopoeia" provided the standard: Chaenomeleslagenaria, also known as C.speciosa is one authentic medicinal Chaenomeles. C. sinensis (Thouin) Koehne using Chaenomeles as the source will no longer as the source of Chaenomeles plants.

Problems on the production of Chaenomeles:At present, in China the cultivation of Chaenomeles is not gathered, the development is slow and the main variety is still farm species, most of them are mixed to cultivate without the selection and cultivation for improved seeds. In the germplasm resources and breeding, the modern research for Chaenomeles still is blank. At the same time, the classification and naming of Chaenomeles are rather confusing, some use the name of production place of Chaenomeles instead of their scientific name so as to appear synonym, homonym, germplasm mixed, mixed species, even the variation of Chaenomeles germplasm is so serious that fine farm species degrade or lack purification and rejuvenation, so the collection, save and use of germplasm conservation is blank, which can arose a serious impact for the following: the cultivation, plantation for standardization of new and great varieties of Chaenomeles, stable-yield, high-quality and sustainable development.

The company took the Shandong Province Science and Technology Project “The Establishment and Evaluation of Chaenomeles germplasm resources”, which was passed the identification of Provincial Achievement in December 28, 2006. The establishment and fine seed breeding of Chaenomeles germplasm resources had reached the international advanced level, cultivated 8 fine seedlings of Chaenomeles and passed the validation of Forest seedling in Shandong province, the codes are: Jinbao Luoqing 101 Chaenomeles: Lu S-SV-CS-024-2007, Jinbao Luoqing 102 Chaenomele: Lu S-SV-CS-025-2007, Jinbao Luoqing 106 Chaenomeles: Lu S-SV-CS-026-2007, Jinbao Luoqing 108 Chaenomeles: Lu S-SV-CS-027-2007, Jinbao Yate Hong Xiangyu Chaenomeles: Lu S-SV-CS-028-2007, Jinbao Yate Huang Xiangyu Chaenomeles: Lu S-SV-CS-029-2007, Jinbao Yate Jin Xiangyu Chaenomeles: Lu S-SV-CS-030-2007, Jinbao Yate Qing Xiangyu Chaenomeles: Lu S-SV-CS-031-2007. In 2007 won Linyi Third Scientific and Technological Progress, they fill the gaps of fine seedling of Chaenomeles at home and abroad.
